Ascender is an application suite that
addresses specific healthcare issues for

P4P Module supports California’s Pay for Performance (P4P)
initiative for physician groups; calculating denominators,
numerators, and exclusions for all P4P
measures.

communication by creating call lists and
mailings based on your standards of care.
With the Ascender CM Module, reports can be
run to show performance metrics for your
entire patient population,
not just
those in the P4P denominator.
